Job Summary:
The Advancement Coordinator at Regina Caeli Academy will be responsible for executing
fundraising strategies to support the growth and advancement of the Academy. This position will
also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with donors, coordinating
fundraising events, and overseeing the implementation of various fundraising campaigns in
alignment with Regina Caeli Academy's Catholic mission and values.
Key Responsibilities:
● Execute comprehensive fundraising strategies to support the Academy's goals in
alignment with Catholic mission and values including outreach and communication
● Manage donor relationships and maintain regular communication with donors to build
engagement and support for the Academy
● Coordinate and execute fundraising events, including logistics, budgeting, asset
creation, and marketing.
● Develop and oversee fundraising campaign assets and materials, including direct mail,
online giving, and major gifts.
● Track and analyze fundraising metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and
make data-driven decisions for future initiatives
● Collaborate with the educational and communications team to develop messaging and
materials to support fundraising efforts
● Cultivate relationships with corporate sponsors and seek out new funding opportunities
● Ensure compliance with all relevant fundraising regulations and ethical practices,
including those that are consistent with Catholic mission and values.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or communications
● Minimum of 2 years of experience in non-profit fundraising or development
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain
relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders, including those who share Catholic
values
● Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage
multiple projects simultaneously, in alignment with Catholic mission and values
● Experience with fundraising software and tools, such as donor databases, online giving
platforms, Google Suite, Mailchimp, and social media
● Knowledge of fundraising regulations and ethical practices, including those that are
consistent with Catholic mission and values and maintain utmost discretion in handling
confidential data
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
● Passion for the mission and goals of Regina Caeli Academy, and a willingness to work in
alignment with Catholic mission and values.
This is a full-time exempt remote position with a competitive salary. Occasional travel is
expected. The Advancement Coordinator will report to the Director of Advancement and work
closely with other team members.
